My name is Kyle Hutchinson, and I'm the intern who never left Mid-West Family back in 2011.
I started as a board operator for a syndicated morning show, pushing buttons three times an hour, and have worked my way through various roles within the company, learning and growing, and now holding the title of Digital Content Coordinator.
I believe that you should never stop learning. I've learned many things in my 12+ years with Mid-West Family. I've learned what I like to do, I've also learned what I'm not so good at too and that's what I love about Mid-West Family. They foster and support a growth mindset.
I also believe that the key to learning is listening. Active listening to you about your business and what success is to you helps me tell your story and, hopefully, drives people to you for what they need, when they need it.
For almost five years, my wife, Catie and I began and continued the process of starting our family with the help of the SIU Fertility & IVF Center and in November 2022, we welcomed a healthy baby girl, Lizzy. Our motto through the long and difficult journey was 'Stay Hopeful' and that is what I always impart on new businesses that I meet, Stay Hopeful.
